About Us

The Interactive Nursery Manager (INM) was desperately required in the early years sector. As there was nothing available that exactly matched what our busy nursery teams and groups required, they contacted us to develop a brand-new nursery management system. Some of the fantastic people which we have in the Interactive Learning Diary community stepped up, joined the INM development team and provided invaluable guidance, advice and the amazing range of functionality in the system. Extremely busy and highly experienced nursery directors, managers and practitioners contributed to create a system that is both very easy to use and also time and cost effective.

Our mantra has always been “When you talk, we listen”. This has been true from the day we launched the INM and is still an integral part of virtually everything we do. What makes us so different? Well… the INM team is made up of a unique blend of educational specialists and IT experts with a strong creative and innovative mindset. All driven with the same passion as you have, to ensure that your nursery setting or group provides a professional childcare service and operates at maximum efficiency.

The Interactive Nursery Manager has very much been a holistic and organic process. Developed by early years professionals, it has rapidly grown in design and functionality into a fully comprehensive nursery management system encompassing everything that you require. When you partner with us you get a team who will support you not only with the INM, but with your profession. Early years specialists across the globe that live and breathe all aspects of everyday nursery life.

Our team is specifically designed to be dynamic and intuitive. We offer solutions cultivated and created by a community of early years education and IT experts who practice what they preach. We’re flexible and responsive, adapting our approach to meet the needs of individual INM members. We stay close to our clients through our INM community, partnering with them, to create and deliver as one team. All personnel working with or who are part of the INM team are fully DBS & PVG checked at enhanced levels. This forms part of our rigorous recruitment procedures.

We come from a diverse range of backgrounds. Some educational, some technical, some strategic and others creative but we are united in one obsession: producing great products that deliver success and results for our early years educators.
