We understand that our nurseries require a high level of versatility regarding funding options. Free entitlement, pre-school funding, nursery terms / holidays and extras etc are of course all included for you. When configured and set to your personal requirements, if funding has been applied, the INM will automatically look at the available hours and deduct the number of hours at your set hourly rate/auto-calculated hourly rate, and include a free entitlement entry to the final invoice if required.

Add bespoke funding offers to suit your own nursery requirements.

Your funding offers can be created for any entitlement and then customised for individual children if required.

Stretched Offers

Set annual free entitlements and specify how many weeks and months you are stretching the offer over.

Optionally limit funding to days of week and hours per day.

Deduction Rates

Choose between set hourly rate deductions or auto-calculate based on session costs.

Add ‘Must be Validated’ 30 hour offers so that NI Numbers and HMRC codes can be collected.

Customisation

Apply funded offers to your children and apply any optional customisation.

Set future offers for children in advance to apply automatically on specified dates.

Invoicing

Configure how funded hours appear on your invoices, e.g. total hours at £0 cost or the actual deducted amount.

Run Free Entitlement Summary reports to show funded amounts for specified periods to assist with claims.
