How our members feel about using the INM…
Since beginning our trial with the INM, we have received such amazing support and training, either via Live Chat online, or Zoom. The team have listened to any of our concerns/questions and have even tailored the system to our own requirements even though this involved some change in programming – nothing seems to be too much effort for them.
They are so reactive to our needs and as they have all had links within childcare settings, they totally understand where we are coming from, which is so refreshing. I have only just scratched the surface of this amazing system with the finance and admissions, but I cannot wait to see how else we can use INM system within our nursery to help us function seamlessly.
As a growing nursery, we found that the system we were using was unable to keep up with the growing demands and complexities of our setting, so we began looking at other options…and there are a lot! We narrowed it down to 2 and after a visit to a nursery already using the INM, I was convinced that it was the one for us. It is not a decision I have regretted at any point.
You can really tell that the INM has been designed by people actually working in childcare and that the system has been adapted to meet nurseries changing needs along the way. Whilst the system is user friendly and simple to manage, the thing I have been most impressed with is the customer service. When we have requested modifications or more information/training this has been met with an efficient and professional response. If the system doesn’t already do it, the team will try and find a way to make it work. Understandably not all of that can happen overnight, and some of the additions need to go into testing and I am sure there are some that simply won’t work but that certainly doesn’t stop them trying.
The reports provide important data and are very trustworthy. That may seem an unusual word to use but when using our previous system, I could never quite trust that the data being produced was 100% accurate so it is fantastic to have that level of certainty and accuracy in a growing nursery.
I would highly recommend the INM system to any nurseries and pre-schools.
We are a relatively newly expanded nursery with an age range from Babies to Preschool and we also provide extended services for the school. We have used the INM system for just over 2 years and we initially took part in their free training sessions which has allowed us to set up different rooms and charges. Any day-to-day issues have been raised with the free support team and they are always helpful. If they cannot help there and then, they pass this onto the tech team. I can honestly say I have always received an answer to anything raised with them. Each nursery although providing the same services, is bespoke. I feel the INM support team listens and take on board what we need from the system to make admin within the nursery efficient. I have always believed in working smarter not harder and the INM system has allowed us to do this.
We have been using the INM system across all three of our nurseries for over three years now. We had been with our previous platform for over ten years, and it was time for a change. We were very impressed with INM from the very beginning, contact with them was so easy and anytime we had any questions they were answered. Whilst the INM is a very established business, it still boasts a very personal service tailored to the individual setting.
The team are great and always encourage us to bring any ideas we have forward, to better our experience. Every comment we have made was taken on board and implemented or will be implemented in the near future. Each time one of our suggestions is implemented, someone from the team will let us know so we are aware of the new function. This for us is amazing as we always feel our comments are being listened to and taken on board which is exactly what we wanted as we use the platform on a daily basis.
We are very happy with the experience we have had and would not hesitate to recommend the INM to any other nursery or group. This has been a real game-changer and once setup is completed, it will save you time.

When searching for an online management system to support our growing community playgroup we were immediately taken by INM – not only was it affordable for our small group but the customer service was second to none. We asked for a trial which was paired with amazing support, helping us to understand the features and tools available. Not only did INM walk us through using the system but they also tailored it to our setting, providing an additional feature that meant we could use it with two groups running in different settings (one indoors and one at Forest School) at the same time. I couldn’t recommend INM enough and can honestly say it has helped to transform the way we manage admissions, finances and so much more. A truly fantastic service.
After a series of unpleasant experiences with a well know management system, the Interactive Nursery Manager is like a breath of fresh air for our group. Every module within the INM from Child Well Being to Staff Management and Finance is very easy to use and navigate and our teams now have a highly reliable system that they can trust and confidentially use for virtually every daily routine within our busy settings. Even during our trial period, we immediately recognised that the system had been designed by experienced childcare professionals and every essential function required was included. As our group had several specific requirements, their development team included these almost immediately for us. Data transfer from our previous system to the INM was relatively easy and painless thanks to the excellent levels of support they provide. We are now moving into our 7th year with the INM and would recommend the system without hesitation to any nursery or group who wish to streamline their nursery processes.
I started working with the INM when I joined Working Mums in September 2019. I have experienced other online applications but none as simple and logical as this. I think that it is a perfect all-rounder; easy to use for staff, easy to monitor as manager and also gives a great balance of being informative and enjoyable for parents. 10/10 from me!
As 1st time parents we were confused and slightly apprehensive as to which nursery to choose in our area for our son Nathan. When our provider showed us the INM, it was very reassuring that we could see every aspect of his day and how he was getting on. We have been using it now with our nursery for several months and it’s a fantastic way for busy working parents to monitor their children’s wellbeing at any time of the day. My husband contacted the INM team recently for assistance and they were very efficient and helpful.
What a great system and thank you for making feedback from our nursery so much easier. Before they started using the INM, my husband would find it difficult to remember everything he had been told when picking up our twins on the way home. I can now quickly check all their daily activities online and really like the full range of information provided. Have recommended it to friends who are looking for new childcare.
