Configure staff access to meet your own specific requirements as not all staff members require full access to every part of your system. Access to modules such as Administration which control your bespoke settings and Finance & Invoicing isn’t required for junior staff members to conduct their everyday duties. A member of staff can belong to any of the pre-defined roles within the INM or one that you have created yourself. The predefined roles are Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Nursery Practitioner and Wellbeing User and each role has several access options.

Permissions

Manage staff member roles and permissions to all key areas of the INM.

A granular approach can be achieved through role permissions and individual staff member access settings.

Custom Roles

Add and update INM roles, e.g. Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Nursery Practioner and Office Admin etc.

Assign staff members to an existing role and adjust their own personal access.

Modular Design

Allow access to key modules and sub menus within Wellbeing and Reporting, e.g. Reporting module but not staff related reports.

Restrictions

Restrict entire role or individual access to administrative features such as archiving children when they do not have a zero balance or allow credits to be raised against current invoices.
