Our teachers and practitioners are busy people so we provide them with an excellent support service in real time. Our support team are on hand to assist you or answer any questions you may have. We are available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (GMT).

Our educators have also included a fully comprehensive range of user guides to assist with every function included in your INM system. These are quickly accessed on every INM screen or from each menu option on your INM homepage menu.

If you are extremely busy and require assistance after checking your user guide, simply contact our support team through Live Chat within your INM system. This is visible on every INM screen in the bottom right corner.

Many of our educators prefer to use email when contacting us with new development ideas, education changes or just to ask a few questions. These are always given top priority by our support team and they respond within 24 hours.
